Maybe this is the first popular video in YouTube. Three girls decided to make some fun and recorded this music clip in their room in the student hostel. They used the music from the music band called Pixies. Their clip was so famous, so the artists from the band was very happy with the big promotion they created in YouTube and recorded later new clip with the girls.
Their music clip now have near 26 millions of watches and over 55 000 votes. Their example was followed by thousands of others who made similar videos and YouTube today is full of such. I still enjoy this clip, years later.
