Singing Parrot!
This bird is currently at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. He pulled his feathers out with his feet when his first owner died. When the feathers are pulled out like this, the feather follicles can become damaged and the feathers don't regrow. He is very well taken care, and a very happy bird. The people at best friends have been taken exceptionally great care of him and giving him more love than ever! Poor bird... But his singing made me smile.
